Order cancelled with message saying they'd send another - but no word on sending another so I found the direct sales website and ordered the same item, it was also cancelled. If it's not available, why list it? Delayed reassembling my car by a week, since you have to take a lot of plastic trim off an X3 to get to the carpet cover and rear the actuator. I did not lose money, but time was wasted and I ended up buying a secondhand part.
