I can report that in-spite of the messages to the contrary; it fits perfectly 0n a 454 in a 1999 Chevrolet P30 or P33 chassis a new exhaust system will be needed but this should end cracked cast iron manifolds. comes complete with everything. Slather bolts with anti-seize not included.
