Fit my F350 perfectly.. I also replaced the lock cylinder with NEW Key and cylinder while this was torn apart from Auto zone. The key was worn. Everything works like it new now. My old flange was worn out. I also removed the steering lock and the key lock in tab as a matter of convivence. The steering lock always jammed.
