Server looks great, and came very well packaged with what I can only describe as a "bubble wrap tortilla" around the server itself, then entombed in bubble wrap and a thick cardboard box. Server looks like brand new, no dents or dings, nothing bent, inside appears to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to shipping. Had a slight issue with the accessories they included, but they responded and resolved the issue in less than 12 hours, so I will definitely continue shopping with them.

Item is fine as described, seller tried to guilt trip me as if I was the one with a problem for leaving a negative review on them not getting back to me with my question in a timely fashion. I will not purchase from this seller again as their communication is poor.

We are confused. You bought one of these units a few months ago. We simply asked if you'd remove the neutral feedback as the question (sent on a late Friday) was not about the unit but about what accessories to buy for it, and fell through the cracks. Yet, you still bought a second unit from us last month and it appears it was only to leave negative feedback because you were upset we asked the original feedback to be modified? Instant block as a buyer. Reached out to eBay to assist.
