However the seller offered me a refund if I didn't received it buy a said date. I did receive it one day before that date. This seller responded to my inquiry ( the fact I haven't received my item in a timely fashion) in a expeditious manner. I don't think I could have expected more from any seller. I would be happy to do business with him again.
