Item arrived promptly. The outer packaging was taped up well and had stickers stating fragile and do not stack other items on this box. Which I liked. On the inside, it only had a small piece of packing paper to protect the heavy steel control arms from damage. This was not sufficient to do so. When shipping items of this nature extra care must be given to protect the threads of the ball joints from banging into something. Simply wrap the threads in painters tape a few times to protect them.
