    Very quick delivery - well done seller + Royal Mail. Strong cut in softwood tried so far. Bit has large hex head. Fits OK in my electric drill round chuck (1/2") and, with correct positioning, in my old brace. Only issue, tip of drill should have had some additional packaging for transit.

    One of the cheaper options I could find for these drills, but then again it seems they alter prices as well, as looking at the same item another day it was cheaper than at the time I bought it, so I did feel a bit cheated. The drill itself looks fine, and should do its job, please note that the length mentioned is the full drill bit length, including shank, so you have only about 150mm actual auger part for a 230mm one.

    Decent quality auger bit for the price but took almost a week to arrive. Note the drive hexagon is larger than some drill chucks so you will need an adapter and because it cuts strongly perhaps a more powerful drill to overcome the torque.
