I don't understand why E-Bay is forcing me to rate this particular transaction. The transaction was cancelled ! It is impossible for a cancelled transaction to arrive on time... Generate shipping costs... Or have a length of shipping time... And without a transaction actually taking place, an item's description can not be verified. Yet this is what E-Bay is insisting I do. It would appear E-Bay's feedback program doesn't allow for cancelled transactions. A poor assumption Guys.
