Received banknote was wavy, wrinkled, not as flat like in the ad. So value can suffer only by that.
I somehow managed to dry it and flatten between the pages of the book, but it took about 2 weeks. I was lucky with it, because it is smaller than the other 3 banknotes that I received.
All in all, neutral feedback, but very close to negative partly because he only writes in Spanish. On Ebay.com (not .ES). I've never experienced anything like it before. Of course, I crossed him off forever.
