    This seller deserves a top seller award from eBay. I bought a manual from this seller he promptly shipped it. However, USPS lost it, tracking stopped. Seller Apologized for a problem that was totally out of his control then ask if I would like a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement, again he promptly shipped it only this time he shipped it priority at an additional cost to him. I am happy to say it arrived.
