One of the jaws is faulty, it s much thinner at the tip and when lined up on the middle circle it s way out - see pictures. I had to contact eBay to get a returns label as couldn't get one from bluefox_tools

The description in the offer was very clear it came with a wooden box but the items came without a wooden box. Blue Fox Tools said they would send new complete item but I have been waiting now since 23rd Sept. Not receved any advice that it was dispatched, Chased it once but had no response. Not a brilliant customer service and I have ended up paying over the odd for an incomplete order.
