Ordered the item back in December and it would have been delivered in February, no big deal as it wasn’t a rush. Now in March and no item. I did reach out to the seller at least two times and no reply. Followed up through eBay and even then they couldn’t contact them either. Disappointed in the service and hope they improve.

Dirty and defective. Every nook and cranny was filled with old coffee dirt. The main filter was 50% clogged. The water chamber was heavily coated with scale and loose particles. It took me over an hour to clean it up. Worse, the main pressure valve is defective. It does not hold pressure and then POP open. The resulting cafe au lait has absolutely no crema or foam.
