    I've been waiting two and half months to get these two ICs (EEPROM AT28C64B). When they arrived, I've tested them and both were defective and not new as stated - probably fake chips. I've contacted the seller and he refused to refund me. After several e-mails, he asked me to destroy them and send him proof - which I did. Then he asked me to wait even more. I've sent him more e-mails. When he refunded, he refunded only half the amount. Extremely bad seller!!!
