I tried to make contact as required before returning an item. Also, requested that the required RMA's be sent. I even sent messages for both items that I was willing to accept a replacement. All I got was CRICKETS. Had to get eBay involved.Follow-up from: g***i- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Two purchases back to back. Seller blocked my first order's negative feedback because it was factual and truthful, statements they did not want the public to read about. Very deceptive, listing differences and brand switching tactics.
