Within 24 hours they had sent pictures of another mirror to make sure I was happy with it, AND sent it out the same day. Sellers very seldom go ‘above and beyond’ anymore, but this one does. Making sure the customer is happy and gets what they need instead of just sending a refund and moving on. A+++ for an awesome business!
