      Cancelled order initially & the Reordered this along with an additional item. Wish I hadn’t bothered!! Worst customer experience ever!!! Wish I’d read previous feedback before ordering. As a returning customer I’m highly disappointed. Service has definitely gone down 100% since a few years ago!

      Sadly as a family run business we have been severely impacted by our new born baby being taken into neonatal care, we tried to carry on and keep up but sadly some items were delayed, we do apologise for the inconvenience caused and we have now resolved all of the issues and delays we had experienced since our baby has now been allowed home.

      yesterday to A address whether it was my uncles or mine despite me mentioning numerous times that I’m not local to my uncle and as he has died( it’s his tributes) no one would be home to accept delivery! Either way you have chosen to despatch it as per your choice and have totally disregarded any delivery instructions I’d requested. & today it’s been delivered to a my uncles neighbour who isn’t even aware that the poor man has sadly passed away! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED RETURNING CUSTOMER!Shame
