This was immediately obvious upon turning on the brush as it had a loud rattle. It also stated that the toothbrush head was new but was in different packaging than any unboxing pictures on the internet. They all showed a sealed package and this one was taped shut. The brush head also had some sticky residue on the side. This is disgusting. Scammers like this should be banned.
