Got two items from different sellers but within the same business and the seller decided to put the same label on both of them, causing one of them to be without a tracking number. I recieved one item and not the other. I was able to get my refund but when I went to buy something else from them, it said I didn't meet the seller requirements. In basics, I was blocked. I DO NOT recommend buying from them again or any of the sellers within this company. I would stick to the official products.

Both items were in the same package so no need for two tracking numbers this client was clearly taking advantage of that and played the card that she didn't received the item without tracking to get a free item and she succeeded cause I refunded her but of course I blocked her after that.
