LED bulbs require a stable DC current. If the voltage rectifier isn’t functioning properly, or the machine outputs AC voltage, the bulbs will burn out. We explained this and offered AC/DC-compatible bulbs as an alternative. We're always happy to help troubleshoot, but DC-only bulbs will fail on an unstable or incorrect power supply. A voltage meter test would confirm this.
