I was concerned at first about the ears not smelling very strongly. It smelled kind of faded, and I noticed a scuff on one part of the headband but overall everything looks like the pictures and the seller explained that when the ears sit on the shelves in Disney they fade there as well, so I figured all in all it’s a really good deal for not actually being in the park to buy on shelves myself. I also really appreciate the seller offering a return despite the policy not allowing one. I kept it:)
