Buyer tried pulling a fast one. Knowing I couldn't prove the CD was there either way, he was hoping for a refund. Little does he know I check the CD's prior to posting to make sure they are in good condition and I even gave this one a clean. He didn't even bother to open a claim because he knew eBay wouldn't believe it. I always make it right for my buyers if there's an issue... but not when they're just trying to get something for nothing. It's a shame people pull things like this but they do.
