UPS shows that the item was delivered, but after looking everywhere it is not here. I reached out to UPS to get help, but was told that they need to communicate with the shipper. I explained this to shipper who replied via email with the tracking number again and instructions to reach out to UPS. After looking at the negative reviews for this shipper it appears that they may or may not use the correct mailing address. I wish I had paid attention before instead of wasting my time.
