Keyboard had some dead keys upon installing. I've installed a hundred of these so not new to me. Reached out to seller for a refund and could not believe the response I got. They wanted me to record the install process and than open up a word document on my laptop and type all the keys to show them that it didn't work. When done recording video I was than to upload it to some weird 3rd party link for them. Needles to say I'm not doing that. Will get another keyboard from a better seller.
