I did not discover this until attempting to use the cutter several weeks after having received it. I contacted the seller and after several days they sent me replacement unit. The quality of the unit is good especially when considering the price paid.

The description in the offer was very clear it came with a wooden box but the items came without a wooden box. Blue Fox Tools said they would send new complete item but I have been waiting now since 23rd Sept. Not receved any advice that it was dispatched, Chased it once but had no response. Not a brilliant customer service and I have ended up paying over the odd for an incomplete order.
