I believed that my size was a 12D, so I ordered them online and wore them around the house. The shoes are too wide for my feet. Wearing them for the short time, caused some scuffing on the soles at the toe and center foot so they could not be returned. When I went to Allen Edmonds, the salesman measured my foot and it was a 12B. I purchased the new pair Allen Edmonds in 12B and the fit is much better for my narrow foot. I am listing them as "new with defects" since they were worn around the house. Please send me a message if you have any questions. Thank you”
