Although the X540-T2 is known to have loud fans, this particular card has issues where the fan would abruptly have a jagged noise as it whirred. You could visibly see it having issues. Luckily, I was able to mitigate the noise with a few tweaks and the products works as intended. A+

Once I had the card installed in my Dell T620 server, it appears the PCI 2.1 interface isn't fully compatible with the server's 2.0 interface. As a result, the network card works, but I am only getting a 1Gb connection from each port instead of the 10Gb expected sigh . Again, this is not the seller's fault but might help others considering this for a similar server.
