some times when you buy online the item is not what you expected and has to be returned as it was in my case. You need to read the description carefully to make sure the item is exactly what you want which I did not. Frank in customer service was very helpful in trying to fulfill my needs but unfortunately what I wanted was just not available at this time but said he would contact me if it did. Stock4less is a good company to deal with if your in the market for refurbished computers.

Item shown was a stock photo. The Chromebook’s casing is very worn with a number of marks and scratches on the screen. Item was missing a screw in its’ casing and hinge cover was missing. Hinge cover replacement cost is $ 7.50 and it took about 30 minutes to attempt to clean the item and buff out scratches on the screen. Item works and needed a OS system update, but overall disappointed in the quality as it was not as represented.
