USPS gets worse with each year even as rates climb. We're paying rates 120% higher than when we started fifteen years ago. But, the service is far worse. I cannot explain what happens with their service and I never have a means of knowing what is going on unless we look into each and every order of some 150 per day. That's an impossible task. Slowly, we're offering a UPS Ground option on listings but few are willing to pay the difference for better reliability.
