    The product is great. Customer service? Not so much. This item was inaccurately listed with a 12ft cord (which is what was needed). Seller corected listing and sent a replacement cord but the replacement cord is only 10ft long. Additionally, the replacement cord was not sent in its original packaging and, as such, there is no way to verify its electrical capabilities. Poor customer service :(
