    Arrived promptly, and is working great!Watching the seller's YouTube series on the R410 server where he uses one of these is very helpful in understanding what it is, and how it's meant to work.One note; Like he states in the video, make sure the SAS cable is seater FULLY. On mine, I thought I had it plugged in all the way, but no drives were showing. I pushed the cable in a little further, and got a second "click" as it seated fully, and they immediately popped up as available drives.
