I got neither of these so not as described. The item shipped from Delhi, and has quarter degree minor divisions. It's ok, I will not use D:M:S hole layout tables but use decimal degree spreadsheets instead. The two undocumented backlash adjustments work extremely well.

The parts are excellently finished, well packed and runout on the lathe appears good.
