This was the trick. My top button was missing. My front brake lever didn’t activate the the brake light so I bought the front switch also. When I installed the foot rear brake switch that activated the front to make the brake light work. I’m not electrically smart so why this new switch installed help the front, I can’t answer. This is nice quality and easy to install.
