The Reel is exactly as described in the seller's information. It arrived promptly and was very Well packaged 📦 in plenty of wrapping paper and a strong box,...which was a good thing as the Delivery guy (Evri), chucked it over an 8ft wooden gate in what they described as a *Safe Place*!!!🤔🤬🤬,.....Overall I would recommend the seller as someone I will purchase items from again.

Item was despatched promptly and arrived safely after an extended journey in the care of Royal Mail. Thanks in good part to excellent packaging the piece survived intact. Thanks to seller The Completionist 2005 for keeping in touch as we watched the package on its travels.

The item was delivered as promised and in excellent condition, but unfortunately was not as described (6 11 rod turned out to be 9 11 ), a genuine mistake no doubt, and with full credit to the seller there was no argument, return postage paid label was provided and a full refund received including my original postage costs - thank you.

Since feedback was left, the original postage has been reimbursed & the buyer agreed to review feedback, which I am sure he will do at some point. The issue was that the extra postage fee for the fishing rod package was paid initially through PayPal and not eBay, and so when I clicked eBay refund button, the additional fee did not auto-refund. My error was not reading the feedback fully then & not remembering to refund the final £10, which was rectified a couple of weeks ago.
