    I had received empty envelope with a large hole in it first and requested investigation on local post office. They had found this item at one of the post office depots as it has gotten out of the paper envelope due to ripped paper edge at one side. Luckily item was found according to item description and photos send to all depots along the delivery route. Not a fault of the seller althought the goods could be wrapped better in order to prevent falling out of envelope which gets slammed on way
