I had been watching a book on Scala's eBay page for several months. They sent me an offer and I submitted a counter offer which was accepted. I paid immediately. Two days later a refund was issued. I had no message in regards to the cancellation of the order and when I messaged to ask what was going on, I got no reply. I don't know what the issue is but I'm not impressed that they: a) have no regard for ebay's buyer/seller policy and b) don't have the courtesy to even tell me what is happening.

I gave you a full response and reason I refunded you. You obviously did not take the time to read it when the refund was issued. I spent 4 hours searching for the book and could not find it, I explained all of this and offered you a large discount on any of my other inventory. I also said if I find it I will contact you immediately. Sorry your reaction to a missing book prompts this kind of reaction.
