    A few weeks ago, you received free crystals & free shipping on a browband you bought around a year ago. Your message was swiftly addressed after you sent it. Although it was not necessary, we decided to help with this. You recently bought a browband and wondered if you could buy crystals to put into the older browband purchased a year ago to change some colours on it. We responded to your message by saying extra crystals on any purchase are always included in packages. We do not sell crystals.
