Fast shipping and well packaged! We bought this because our water is so hard that we have to clean the heater and valves every 4-5 months. I haven't had it long enough to see how much it helps with the descaling but I will say that our water taste so much better now... like melted snow. All the warnings that came with the package did freak us out a bit, but yes you can pull the magnets apart if they get stuck together. Very happy customer!
