      When the cover didn't arrive on time i informed the seller. The seller asked me to wait as he may of used fake stamps for delivery. When the cover arrived there was a surcharge to pay, which i did , informing the seller. I was reimbursed more than i was out of pocket for the inconvenience caused. Excellent customer service and communication.
