Fits LH driver side of 1996, 1997, 1998 Buick Skylark. . Box is old and storage worn. Made In USA. Has all the correct markings "Guide DOT" on the lens face. Don't chance imatations without the correct reflector type with GUIDE markings. It will be like driving with a black eye. Mis Matched, lens brighter / darker. This is the real deal, not a cheaper imitation aftermarket so called oe replacement copy. When matching quality and reliability GM truly counts. Discontinued.
