I contacted the seller to explain that Royal Mail had marked the package as delivered but from the GPS coordinates on the RM website it was delivered to the wrong street. The seller ignored me. I started an INR claim, explaining what had happened, the seller said it had been delivered, ignoring the relevant info. I was very close to leaving a neg but I got it 18/10.
