Have reported this insane buyer to ebay and warned other sellers. Upset because they paid separately for 7 items and then wanted us to combine into one invoice, which ebay does not allow, and even though we promised to refund the overpayment of shipping multiple times (which we did), they ignored our emails and continued to rant about their screwup about not understanding ebay rules wanting to know why we would not give them a refund. They must have a problem with written English!
