    Tray is NOT customized. (This is a generic tray they use for all their mounting kits.) Auction neglects to inform you that drilling is involved. Also, radio mounting brackets only line up with radio body if radio is upside down or cushioned feet are removed. Finally, the threads on the included 1/4x20 stud dont match the head cleanly.Although I'm a Plug-and-Play guy, I don't mind getting my hands dirty. But this kit is a mess. Nice front panel, but overall not worth the price. YMMV
