    The item had more wear than described and the seller promptly sent a return label. Unfortunately it was a Fed Ex return label and I don't have a local dropoff location so I had to call Fed Ex to schedule a pickup (I was not able to do this online). The process was a bit cumbersome but I received my refund within a couple days of the seller receiving the return. I will continue to purchase from this seller as I have done so in the past without any issues.
