    Item arrived and was exactly as described. It arrived quickly. Fortunately, it arrived undamaged. The phone was wrapped in saran wrap and placed in a box. If I was shipping an item of this expense and durability, I would certainly add some cushioning in the box: paper, bubble wrap, or foam peanuts. Packages take a lot of abuse when traveling. Again, I was lucky! Thank you!

    The way this was shipped made me laugh out loud. Zero padding or protection and the corners of this sealed item are now scuffed, exposed, and damaged. Would it have killed you to just put it in a box with light packing materials? The entire right side is bent in. As a casual seller myself, this is a joke. I have never received nor shipped an item so carelessly.
