    This purchase was botched due to seller not effectively communicating the parameters of the sale. He wrongfully advised Ebay that there was something wrong with my shipping address, which is not true as shown by my purchase history on Ebay. If the seller wanted to rule out sales to US Virgin Islanders, he should have indicated such in his ad for the product, as many merchants do. Seller is at fault for not doing his due diligence. An unfortunate waste of time for the merchant, Ebay and me.

    Why would you give a negative review when this is not in any way our fault that the shipping company would not deliver to you without charging extra? We don't set the rates or rules for shipping companies. We regularly make sales to your area but the specific item you ordered had different parameters set on it by the shipping company, not us.

I Ordered Proactiv Emergency Blemish Relief Acne Treatment .33oz SEALED and They send me REDNESS CORRECTION TREATMENT and when i inform them of that , they request a picture of the product i received and then replied to me to try the one they send and the products are the same...i am using PROACTIVE since 10 yrs and i know each product .... They try just to sell...the title of the products does not match the picture. Just CHEATER ...

    This buyer falsely accused us of sending a different product than what he ordered. We asked for a photo of the product received and it matched our listing EXACTLY. The buyer received EXACTLY what they ordered but has continued to send threatening & harassing messages to our employees. We offered to refund his money in full but so far, the buyer has refused to return the product to us. We have done all we can do to make them happy and they are now banned from ordering from any of our companies.
