      Shipment was four days late. No fault of the seller, but, he was very rude when I asked if the package was insured because the USPS was unable to find it. I paid almost $300 for a product, of course I am going to be in a frenzy because it was late and lost, but, for the seller to get smart at me when I asked a question…I will NEVER purchase from this seller again!

      It is disappointing you feel that way. Like most sellers during that time, several packages were delayed due to extreme weather events across the US. USPS was clearly tracking your package and providing almost daily updates on where it was, even when it had not moved from a location. It was never lost. I provided the same explanation to several buyers that week, and you were the only one who took offense to it. Hope your day improves.
