- a***o (1320)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI received the unit with a missing USB-C cable and back of the unit has wear spots which clearly shows the item is not new as seller described To be fair to seller the screen is clean being I am keeping the unit The seller became annoyed very quickly making it sound like I m at fault for bringing up the inaccurate details they provided so this is why I am giving them a neutral rating Shipping was good very well packaged being why I am ok with the deal But the attitude was not coolReply from: te01_559- Feedback replied by seller te01_559.- Feedback replied by seller te01_559.Buyer described to me "some smears on the back" of the unit. This was new in package, never even had the plastic film off the screen, was too big for my handlebars and not mounted. I probably never even looked at the back of it. If there was a problem on the back I never saw it. I see this has now graduated to "wear spots" for the feedback which is an interesting escalation of the issue. I clearly missed the USB cable somehow but I did offer to send one, buyer refused the offer.
