Fortunately, the shoes were not damaged. The shoes were in the same shape as the pictures shown. Overall, I got a very beautiful pair of shoes for a bargain so I'm really happy. I'm still not happy about the packaging. It could've easily been damaged on the shipment due to zero padding. I just got lucky. Still giving this 5 stars but I'd think twice about buying from them again.
