    I bought a single patchbay from this seller weeks ago. It was wrapped for safe delivery and product was good. Last week I ordered three more units. Very dissatisfied with the way the three were packed/wrapped. Only a single layer of bubble wrap around each one, then put in a thin cardboard box. Needless to say these heavy but fragile audio items were severely damaged in shipping. Minimal damage to outside of box, but inside, all ‘rack ears’ were broken/severed from body of patchbays, Ruined.
