    I purchased a product from this seller. I tried multiple times to contact the seller. There was no communication about shipping via the eBay website and I received no communication back via the standard eBay process. Ultimately, I had to go through the eBay refund process to get my money back. Caveat emptor.

    I take full responsibility for this negative. It's the first negative feedback I have ever received on Ebay. Somehow, all three devices I use were logged out of my account and I didn't realize it immediately. I just thought we had hit a slow time, and I wasn't selling anything. Then, I had trouble accessing my account with what I thought was my password. I just recovered access today (5-9-25).
